A notification of alleged copyright infringement should be directed to Replace.Video’s lawyers as mentioned above. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us identify the facts or circumstances, including, if possible:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner) whose work is allegedly being infringed; Detailed identification of each copyrighted work that is claimed to be infringed; A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Replace.Video platform and/or website (please be as specific as possible and include a URL to help us locate the material you are reporting); Contact information for the complaining party, including full name, address, telephone number, and email address; A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and that the complaining party is the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed, or is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
